Shipping & Delivery Shipping procedures: - Normally we ship via UPS ,USPS, DHL, Canada Post, which takes 2-7 days (US/Can/Pacific). 5-10 days anywhere in the World. We are only charging the straight UPS price. If you have entered your correct email address on your order form you will get an alert email directly from UPS incl. the tracking number. If you have questions regarding the shipment please contact your local UPS office with your tracking number or access the web page http://www.ups.com and enter the tracking number.
- Certain items on our store cannot be shipped to the following states:
- Georgia, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Nebraska, Virginia and Utah.
- Please check with your local authorities before purchasing to find out if the item is allowed to be mailed to your destination.
Due to the nature of our business, we accept no returns and there are no exchanges on personal products, including body jewelry. Most products include a manufacturer's warranty. Please take the time to fill this out and send it in.
If you have received the wrong product, or if you have received a damaged product, you must contact us within 7 business days of delivery and explain the details of your issue. If we agree to assign you a credit, you will be instructed on how to ship the items back to us. Items returned to us not in their original packaging condition, and suspected to have been used, will not be refunded or exchanged. We will ship back such items at your expense. If your item is accepted as a valid return, you will either be issued a credit or an identical replacement.
